Clubs and Bars
Assist Security's clubs and bars division caters for large and small venues right across London and the South East of England. Providing SIA licensed Door Supervisors and pit crew to a variety of venues from; bars, clubs and live music venues including festivals.
Assist Security is an established company with over 20 years experience in supplying Door Supervisors to the leisure industry. In those 20 years the industry has gone through substantial legal changes, and Assist has always adapted to those changes with its flexible and proactive approach. All of Assist Security's Door Supervisors and pit crew are fully trained and licensed in accordance with the private security industry act 2001.
New client, new venue
Every client and venue are different, and it is for this reason that for every new client and/or venue that Assist Security acquires, it carries out a venue assessment with the client.
This includes a complete venue risk assessment to identify problem areas within the venue that need to be addressed. From this assessment individual venue training and site specific rules can be drawn up, including ejection policy, drugs policy etc, for Door Supervisors to agree too and sign.
With the client, Assist will also put together relevant documentation outlining the clear understanding of roles and responsibilities, list of communications, contingencies and major incident plans.
Assist Security Live!
As well as providing Door Supervisors to pubs and clubs, Assist also provide SIA licensed door staff and pit crew to live venues too e.g. Koko and The Astoria, London.
Assist Security has had the pleasure of providing Door Supervisors and pit crew at two of its venues where Madonna performed as part of her 'Confessions' Tour and when Coldplay launched their latest album.
